The Long Room in-depth app for iPhone and iPad

Long Room houses 200,000 of Trinity’s oldest books, ranging from ancient classics to modern literature. But the Long Room is much more than books. This app unveils its hidden stories. The in-depth information will empower visitors to discover things they did not notice before and thus appreciate the uniqueness of the Long Room.

This application is part of a study. The aim of the study is to enhance the visitor’s experience by seeing how best to convey information about the Long Room in a new permanent installation.

This study is temporary and therefore in English only. When a permanent installation isdeveloped , information will be available in multiple languages, including Irish.
